Professional Organizing for Home, Home Office or Office

This is our main organizing service, and getting started is easy! Just fill out our short Online Inquiry Form and provide us with the details of your project. Then we will call you to discuss the problem area[s] in more detail, and schedule a visit to your home or office. This initial meeting will allow us to accurately determine the scope of the project and take some measurements and photos. Immediately following this meeting, we will create a solution specifically tailored to your needs and goals. Upon your acceptance, we will begin decluttering and reorganizing your home or office.

Some projects can be completed in a few hours, while others will require more than one work session. Throughout the entire project, we will be working with you, side by side, at a pace that you find comfortable. As organization replaces clutter, you will instantly begin to see positive results. When the transformation is complete, we will have developed an organizing system that works for you, and provided you with the skills to stay organized and clutter-free indefinitely.

Home Inventory

Everyone should have a home inventory - especially if you are a collector of fine art or other expensive items; have a lot of priceless antiques or family heirlooms in your home; run a business from your home; or just enjoy being surrounded by the finer things in life. But even if none of those situations apply to you, a home inventory is still something you should have and keep updated. This will afford you excellent protection in the event of a natural disaster, flood, fire or burglary, so you can collect the full amount owed to you by your insurance company.

Now you can always create a 'do it yourself' home inventory by simply taking a pad of paper and pen and going thru every room in your home, making a detailed list that includes: an accurate description of each item; its estimated value; the price you paid for it; its serial number; brand name; and model number. While you are making the list, take a picture of each item and once you have finished, make a copy of the list and get duplicates of the pictures, and store one copy in a safe place somewhere other than your home - like a safe deposit box or with a close relative. But if you are doing this on your own, set aside a large chunk of time - because you will be amazed at just how many things you own, once you start trying to list all of them ... complete with detailed information and pictures!

When you have an impartial 3rd party perform this service for you, all concerned parties are then inclined to accept the worth of the estate as fact rather than opinion. This information would be invaluable if you are planning on having an estate sale. In some families, more pressure is created when there are disagreements between family members on how the estate should be distributed or the value of the items in the estate - especially if the estate includes collections of fine art or other expensive items, priceless antiques or family heirlooms.
